Amid the coronavirus pandemic, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge found a way of celebrating their ninth wedding anniversary by sharing a throwback photo from their special day.
“Nine years ago today – thank you for all your lovely messages on The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s wedding anniversary,” read the caption on this Instagram page.
Due to the covid-19 pandemic, the Cambridges have been carrying out their royal task in isolation from their country home, Anmer Hall, in Norfolk.
“We’ve been talking to all the family online. And it’s been a really good way of keeping in touch and seeing each other,” William recently told the BBC. “As you can imagine, the younger generation are a little bit more tech-savvy, but only just, I think we’re getting there now. The family are getting a little bit more used to be able to contact each other and pressing the right buttons and not dropping the computer halfway through.”
“It’s been ups and downs, like a lot of families self-isolating. George is much older than Louis is and things, but they are aware, I’m always surprised,” explained Kate. “And although you don’t want to scare them and make it too overwhelming, I think it is appropriate to acknowledge it in the simple ways and age-appropriate ways.”
The couple are blessed with three children and they are; Prince George, six, Princess Charlotte, four, and Prince Louis, two.
Happy Anniversary to two special people. From us at Angieisika’s team, we wish you joy and happiness in the days to come in your marital bliss.
